Problems with Acoustic Research AW771 900 MHz Wireless Stereo Headphones? I can't figure out how to set up my Acoustic Research AW771 900 MHz Wireless Stereo Headphones. I bought them used so I don't have a manual. The problem is I've charged them and when they are on the base the light for "tuning" is on, but no sound! Yes, the jack is plugged in, and yes the base is plugged into an outlet. I'd appreciate any help on this. Thanks!

I would like to restring a righty Yamaha acoustic guitar to a lefty. Any advice on finding the right nut? I can turn it upside down and swap the strings, but the nut has a slant to one side and I don't think I can simply "flip" it. My online research did not yield any Yamaha specific parts. I want to buy a new acoustic electric guitar? I want an acoustic electric guitar, preferably under $250, I like the ovation style, but of course real Ovations are out of my price range. I am used to playing a solid-body Stratocaster, so I would like something that is the same general size, the bulky acoustics are to hard for me to get used too. I also do NOT want a classical, again, I am used to playing electric lead, and get all tangled up when the strings are so far apart, I have been looking at a Johnson Clarity, but I have tried to do research on the internet by reading reviews, etc. and I haven't found anything about this guitar, which makes me a little leary. Any suggestions would be amazing, btw, it is for acoustic rock, I am in a band that does covers of famous rock songs acoustic style, and we also write some originals, I also sing, so this guitar will be mainly for rhythm/chords, but I would like something flexible, because in my free time I also play some lead stuff, so low action, etc. would be helpful... What does the term HPL stand for when describing a type of wood? My acoustic guitar doesn't sound right? I am a beginner with acoustic, I usually play classical, but I decided to get a cheap acoustic to start learning how to play. I'm pretty sure it is tuned right and I am positive i am playing the chords right, but when i play Am and C they sound the same. It does that with a few other chords too. Would changing the strings make it sound better? The brand is Epiphone so I didn't do a lot of research on it since it was a cheap one.

mid range acoustic guitar? I've been playing the guitar for a little over two years. I currently have a Cort Earth 70-E (around 200 bucks), it's not a bad guitar except the neck warped a little so the action is higher at the bottom; it also buzzes a little which drives me nuts. i want a nice full sounding acoustic with low action and preferrably a little smaller body than the one i have now, cuz i'm petite. Looking for the right receiver (or speakers)? I presently have a Denon DRA-685 which is (supposedly) a "bright" sounding receiver powering a pair of (cambridge, not audiovox) acoustic research S-50 speakers, which are also (supposedly) "bright" speakers. I recently garbage picked an acoustic guitar... but I can't find any info on it.? The model number is 319 12291000 and the brand is Harmony. Another number found on the inside is 6122 12291 (there is an illegable highlighted character between 6122 and 12291...and from the research i've done...it may be an H. also...it says F-75 and i think that means fall of 1975. Is this just a regular acoustic guitar? also i can't find anything on how much it is worth. Thanks

I bought a " Acoustic Research 3-Way High Performance Splitter 5-2500 MHz 431" I was wondering will i be able to connect this to my TV, and to my Internet modem at the same time? I am using Cox cable, I bought a 2-Way Splitter before and it broke my modem and i had to get a new modem, so this time i want to know if i will be able to connect it safely before i try to connect it. Which ACOUSTIC guitar should I buy as a beginner? I want to learn to play acoustic guitar...just to be able to strum some songs like Tom Petty and Lennon at home or in front of friends around a fire or whathaveyou. I found a guy to give me lessons and now I need a guitar. I did some research online and read that a Big Baby Taylor is a good guitar to get. It sells used on Ebay for around $320 plus $40 S&H and included a bag. I mentioned this to the guy who is going to give me lessons and he is trying to send me to his buddies at a Guitar Outlet. Now this guitar outlet sells new and doesn't sell Taylor brand. They are selling mostly Yamaha and Cordoba in that price range. Should I get the used Big Baby blindly online or try out other new guitars at this store? BTW - I am 5'5" female, 130lbs...if that helps with size.
